Value is More Than a Rate

Most savvy shoppers purchase a product or service that offers the most value.   For a product or service, value can be defined as the overall worth of the product or service, beyond just the base price.  There are myriad factors that affect the perceived value and they can vary by customer and industry.  Some obvious examples include reliability, quality of customer service, complaint/issue resolution, and accessibility.  It’s no different in the world of freight, especially for trade show freight.
